For restaurants, you will typically work with our approved master real estate broker to identify potential sites. We review proposed locations, market research, and lease terms; our approval is required before you sign a lease. We aim to provide feedback within approximately seven days of your site submission.
For food trucks, you are primarily responsible for identifying a permanent operating location and any required storage or commissary arrangements, with our review and approval according to our criteria.
During construction or truck build‑out, you’ll complete initial training, hire and train your team, place initial inventory orders, and execute your pre‑opening marketing plan. We provide opening checklists, “countdown to opening” tasks, and guidance on scheduling your pre‑opening practice run, soft opening, and grand opening.
