These Terms of Service apply to your use of this Abu Omar Halal website. By browsing the site or sending us information through one of its forms, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
How we handle the information you send us is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Website Purpose
This is an informational website for the Abu Omar Halal brand. It exists to tell you about our food, show you where our restaurants are, publish our current offers, and let you get in touch about catering, private events, careers and franchising.
You cannot place an order, pay, or hold a reservation on this website. Ordering happens on a separate online ordering service and in the Abu Omar Halal mobile apps, which this site links to. Those are different services with their own terms, described below.
Menu, Pricing and Availability
We work to keep the menu on this website accurate, but it is a general guide to what we serve rather than a binding statement of what is available to you today.
- Items, recipes, portions, combinations and descriptions may differ between locations and may change without notice.
- Not every item is offered at every location, and an item may sell out or be withdrawn at any time.
- Prices shown on this website, where any are shown, are for general information, may vary by location and may change. The price that applies to you is the one shown by the restaurant or the ordering service when you order.
- Photographs are for illustration and what you receive may look different.
About food information specifically: our food is prepared in kitchens that handle a range of ingredients, including common allergens, and we cannot guarantee that any item is free of a particular ingredient or free of cross-contact. Dietary labels on this website, such as a vegetarian marker, are a guide only. If you have a food allergy, an intolerance, or a religious or dietary requirement, please speak to the staff at the location before you order and rely on what they tell you, not on this website.
Restaurant Locations and Hours
Location details, including addresses, phone numbers, services offered and opening hours, are published as a convenience and may be out of date or change at short notice, including for holidays, private events, weather, maintenance or a permanent change. Locations may open, close or relocate. Please call the location to confirm before you travel.
Maps and map links on location pages are provided for orientation only. Map data comes from third-party map services, and we do not warrant that a map, a route or a travel time is accurate or current.
Some Abu Omar Halal locations are independently owned and operated under franchise. Where that is the case, the operator of that location is responsible for its own day-to-day operation, staffing, pricing, hours and service.
External Ordering Services
Our order button takes you to an online ordering platform operated by another company, and our catering order button takes you to our catering ordering page on ezCater. When you leave this website for one of them:
- That platform’s own terms and privacy practices govern what happens there, including the order itself, pickup and delivery, payment, taxes and fees, cancellations, refunds and support.
- Any transaction you complete on that platform is a transaction with that platform and the restaurant systems behind it, under those applicable terms, and not a transaction made on this website.
- Prices, availability, service areas, minimums and fees on that platform are set there and may differ from anything shown on this website.
- Nothing on this website is a promise about delivery, delivery time, pickup time or availability on that platform.
We provide those links so you can reach the service easily. We do not control it, and we are not responsible for it.
Promotions, Deals and Coupons
Offers, deals and promotion codes published on this website are subject to the conditions shown with each offer, including any stated value, maximum discount, limited-time label and start or end date. In addition, unless an offer says otherwise:
- An offer is available only at participating locations and only while it is running.
- Offers cannot be combined with each other or with any other discount.
- Offers have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred or auctioned.
- One offer per guest, per visit or per order.
- We may change, suspend or end an offer at any time, and we may decline to honor an offer that has expired, has been altered or copied, or is being used in a way it was not intended for.
- Where an offer is redeemed through the ordering service or the mobile app, that service’s rules also apply.
Catering and Private Event Inquiries
The catering and private event forms on this website are inquiry forms. Sending one tells us what you are planning and lets us get back to you; it does not book anything, does not reserve a date, and does not create a contract or a binding offer by either of us.
Nothing is confirmed until we have discussed it with you and both agreed the arrangements in writing, including the food, the date and time, the location, the headcount, the price and any deposit or cancellation terms. Those arrangements, once agreed, govern the event. We may decline an inquiry, or be unable to accommodate a date, a location, a headcount or a request.
Franchise Inquiries
The franchise pages and the franchise inquiry form are for general information and to start a conversation. They are not an offer to sell a franchise, and they are not a solicitation in any place where that would require a registration or filing that has not been made.
A franchise can only ever be offered through the formal process required by law, which includes providing a franchise disclosure document and signing a franchise agreement. Any figures, models, formats or ranges described on this website are general illustrations, not a projection, a guarantee or a promise of results, revenue, profit, cost, territory, approval or timing. Results depend on factors specific to each business and each operator. Sending the form does not reserve a market or a territory, does not create any obligation on either side, and does not mean an application has been accepted.
Mobile Applications and External Platforms
The Abu Omar Halal mobile app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. These website terms do not govern the app. Downloading it and using it are covered by the app store’s terms and by the app’s own terms and privacy disclosures. The same is true of our profiles on social media platforms, of our Linktree page, and of any other external platform this website links to: your use of those platforms is governed by their terms, not by these.
Permitted Use
You are welcome to browse this website, read it, print pages for your own reference and share links to it. You may not:
- Copy, republish, sell or redistribute the site’s content, or present it as your own.
- Use the site or anything on it to promote another business, or in any advertising, without our written permission.

Submissions to our forms are checked automatically for signs of spam and automated abuse, including by a third-party abuse-prevention service where one is in use, and a submission that those checks flag may be rejected or may need to be sent again. We may also limit or block access to the site, or decline to act on a submission, where we reasonably believe this section has been broken.
Intellectual Property
The Abu Omar Halal name and logo, and the text, photographs, video, artwork, menu descriptions, design and layout of this website, are owned by us or used by us with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing in these terms gives you any ownership of them, and nothing on this website should be read as permission to use our name or logo. Third-party names and marks that appear on the site, such as those of the app stores, the ordering platforms or the social platforms, belong to their owners.
User Submissions and Feedback
When you send us something through this website, you confirm that it is accurate as far as you know, that it is yours to send, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law. Please do not send us confidential information, and do not send us anyone else’s personal information without their agreement.
Submissions are reviewed privately. This website does not publish them, and it has no comment section or public posting feature.
If you send us a suggestion, idea or comment about our food, our restaurants or this website, we are grateful for it, and we may use it in running and improving our business without any obligation to you, without any payment and without it being treated as confidential. This does not affect how we handle your personal information, which is covered by the Privacy Policy, and it does not apply to a job application or a franchise inquiry, which we use for the purpose you sent it.
